How it works

Phataafat is two apps and one API: customers and partners never share the same login context. Job payments between parties happen off-platform; the platform collects a partner platform fee only.

Customers

  1. Download the Phataafat customer app and sign in with your mobile number.
  2. Post a need: service type, when, where, and budget guidance.
  3. Review partner offers and confirm a booking.
  4. Track the visit, chat in-app, and leave a review after completion.

Partners

  1. Download the Phataafat Partner app and complete onboarding.
  2. Go live with your skills and service area.
  3. Accept jobs from your feed and manage visits through completion.
  4. Pay the flat platform fee per completed job per product rules.
